Instructions

- Add the white beans and vegetable broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the spinach or kale and cook until wilted.

Notes
For extra creaminess, blend part of the stew. Adjust seasoning to taste. Substitute white beans with chickpeas if desired.
