- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Optional: lettuce, tomato, or other preferred toppings
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs.
- Cook the chicken in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, until cooked through and crispy.
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest, then slice it into strips.
- To assemble, place chicken strips and mozzarella cheese onto the center of each tortilla or wrap.
- Add any optional toppings like lettuce and tomato.
- Fold the wraps tightly and place them back in the air fryer for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese and crisp the wrap.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts for easier preparation. Don’t skip the resting step for the chicken; it helps keep it juicy.
