Ingredients

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Your choice of herbs (e.g., Italian seasoning, oregano)
  • Optional: lettuce, tomato, or other preferred toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs.
  3. Cook the chicken in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, until cooked through and crispy.
  4. Once cooked, let the chicken rest, then slice it into strips.
  5. To assemble, place chicken strips and mozzarella cheese onto the center of each tortilla or wrap.
