Deliciously crispy and fluffy churro bites made quickly in the air fryer, perfect for a sweet family treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- Oil spray
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and sugar; bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour until mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth, then stir in vanilla.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe small bites onto parchment paper, leaving space between each.
- Spray churro bites with oil and air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then coat churro bites in the mixture before serving.
Notes
Serve with chocolate dipping sauce or dulce de leche. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 24 hours.
