- Olive oil spray or avocado oil spray
- All-purpose flour (light dusting)
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Lemon wedges (for squeezing)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Dust shrimp lightly with flour.
- Dip the floured shrimp in the beaten egg.
- Coat the shrimp in panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Spray the tops lightly with oil.
- Cook for about 7 to 9 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and opaque.
- Serve with lemon wedges and your choice of dipping sauce.
