Ingredients

  • Raw shrimp (medium to large, peeled and deveined, tails on or off)
  • Olive oil spray or avocado oil spray
  • All-purpose flour (light dusting)
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon wedges (for squeezing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Dust shrimp lightly with flour.
  3. Dip the floured shrimp in the beaten egg.
  4. Coat the shrimp in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Spray the tops lightly with oil.
  7. Cook for about 7 to 9 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and opaque.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges and your choice of dipping sauce.
