Ingredients

- 6 sheets of phyllo dough
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the crumbled feta, ricotta cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush it lightly with olive oil. Layer another sheet on top and brush with oil again.
- Spoon a portion of the cheese mixture at one end of the phyllo dough and roll tightly to form a log shape.
- Repeat with the remaining phyllo dough and filling.
- Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Mix the sweet chili sauce and honey in a small bowl and drizzle over the baked rolls before serving.
