Description

Delightful crispy rolls filled with creamy feta and ricotta, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 6 sheets of phyllo dough
  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the crumbled feta, ricotta cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush it lightly with olive oil. Layer another sheet on top and brush with oil again.
  4. Spoon a portion of the cheese mixture at one end of the phyllo dough and roll tightly to form a log shape.
  5. Repeat with the remaining phyllo dough and filling.
  6. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with olive oil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Mix the sweet chili sauce and honey in a small bowl and drizzle over the baked rolls before serving.
