Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
