- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Pat the salmon dry before adding the topping for better crispiness. Experiment with herbs for added flavor. Add red pepper flakes for heat.
