- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
- Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce. Stir until well mixed.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring once halfway through to ensure even heating.
- Stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted and combined.
- Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes uncovered, until the dip is bubbly.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions on top if desired.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
Notes
For an extra kick, add more buffalo wing sauce. Use a mix of cheeses for different flavors. Feel free to add veggies, like bell peppers or jalapeños.
