Ingredients

- 1 cup mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup nut butter (e.g., almond butter, peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine mixed nuts in a food processor and process until coarsely chopped.
- Add pitted dates, nut butter, oats, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the food processor and process until sticky.
- Stir in dark chocolate chips gently.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Cut into bars and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
Notes
For variations, try different nuts, sweeteners, or chocolate types. These bars can also be chilled for a no-bake option.
