- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Water (for slurry)
- 1 cup Sweetened Coconut Flakes (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the strawberry cake mix, guava nectar, eggs, and melted coconut oil in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Beat the cream cheese with the granulated sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Fold the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Combine the guava nectar, sugar, cornstarch, and water in a small saucepan, bringing it to a boil until thickened for the glaze.
- Pour the glaze over the cooled cake and let it soak in for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle sweetened coconut flakes on top to garnish.
