A comforting and playful twist on traditional lasagna using dumpling wrappers, ricotta, and spinach for a family-friendly dinner that’s easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- Dumpling wrappers
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or dried oregano (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ricotta cheese, spinach, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place a layer of dumpling wrappers over the sauce.
- Spread a portion of the ricotta mixture over the dumpling wrappers, then sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with sauce and cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This dish can be assembled ahead of time and baked later. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
