Delicious and versatile dumplings filled with ground pork and vegetables, perfect as a snack or main dish.
Ingredients

- 300g ground pork
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 package gyoza wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Dipping sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil to taste)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Take a gyoza wrapper and place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper, pinching to seal.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Arrange the gyoza in the pan and fry until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Add a splash of water to the pan, cover, and steam for 5 minutes.
- Remove the lid and allow to crisp for another minute.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
Make sure to seal the dumplings tightly to prevent leakage. You can freeze uncooked dumplings for later use.
