Description

A creamy, no-bake Easter dirt cake casserole recipe layered with whipped cream cheese, vanilla pudding, crushed cookies, and candy toppings.


Ingredients

1 package Golden Oreos, crushed

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tub whipped topping (8 oz)

2 packages (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding

3 cups cold milk

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (optional)

1/2 cup pastel candy eggs or marshmallow bunnies

Edible Easter grass (optional)


Instructions

1. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

2. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.

3. In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.

4. Layer half the crushed Oreos in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.

5. Spread cream cheese mixture over cookie layer.

6. Add pudding layer evenly on top.

7. Sprinkle remaining Oreos and crushed graham crackers.

8. Decorate with candy eggs, bunnies, and edible grass.

9. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.

Notes

Decorations are best added right before serving.

This recipe can be made a day in advance and kept refrigerated.

Use chocolate pudding or lemon cookies for flavor variation.
