Description
A festive Easter dirt cake casserole with crushed Golden Oreos, creamy pudding, and playful candy toppings. No baking required just layer and chill.
Ingredients
– 1 package (14 oz) Golden Oreos, crushed
– 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
– 3 cups cold milk
– 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip)
– 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
– Green food coloring
– Peeps, jelly beans, or mini chocolate eggs for topping
Instructions
1. Crush Golden Oreos and set aside.
2. In a bowl, whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened.
3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
4. Fold pudding and half of whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
5. In a 9×13 dish, layer crushed cookies, cream filling, then repeat.
6. Mix coconut with green food coloring and sprinkle on top as grass.
7. Decorate with Peeps, jelly beans, or chocolate eggs.
8. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Make ahead: Can be made 1 day in advance.
Serving suggestion: Also great as individual Easter dirt cake cups.
Store covered in fridge for up to 4 days.
