Description
A festive Easter rice krispie treats recipe that’s quick, fun, and perfect for kids and adults alike.
Ingredients
Rice Krispies cereal – 6 cups
Mini marshmallows – 10 oz (1 bag)
Unsalted butter – 4 tablespoons
Vanilla extract (optional) – 1 teaspoon
Pastel candy eggs or sprinkles – 1 cup
Instructions
1. Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
2. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth and melted.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
4. Fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated.
5. Press mixture gently into a greased 9×13-inch pan.
6. Top with pastel candy eggs or sprinkles.
7. Let cool at room temperature for 30–40 minutes.
8. Slice and serve.
Notes
Use fresh marshmallows to avoid dry or crumbly treats.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
