Description

A convenient and delicious crockpot dish that requires minimal prep and is perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs of chicken
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup of vegetables (like carrots and potatoes)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Add the cream of mushroom soup and ranch seasoning on top of the chicken.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables around the chicken.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 240 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

You can add other vegetables based on your preference like green beans or bell peppers. For a thicker sauce, mix in a tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with water during the last hour of cooking.
