Ingredients

- 2 lbs of chicken
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning
- 1 cup of vegetables (like carrots and potatoes)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken in the crockpot.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup and ranch seasoning on top of the chicken.
- Add the chopped vegetables around the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 240 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
You can add other vegetables based on your preference like green beans or bell peppers. For a thicker sauce, mix in a tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with water during the last hour of cooking.
