Description

A quick and tasty breakfast option made with six ingredients, perfect for busy mornings or when hosting guests.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the cooked sausage, cheese, and optional bell peppers and onions.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  7. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Great served with toast, fresh fruit, or yogurt. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
