- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter and cocoa powder to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
For a molten center, pull them at the shorter end of the bake time. These brownies can be customized with nuts or chocolate chips.
