Description

Quick and easy flourless brownies that are fudgy and rich, perfect for family gatherings or a weeknight treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the peanut butter and cocoa powder to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For a molten center, pull them at the shorter end of the bake time. These brownies can be customized with nuts or chocolate chips.
