- 1 cup popcorn kernels
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup funfetti cake mix
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Pop the popcorn kernels using your preferred method and place them in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the marshmallows, stirring until fully melted.
- Once the marshmallow mixture is smooth, remove it from heat and stir in the funfetti cake mix until combined.
- Pour the melted mixture over the popcorn and stir until all the popcorn is coated.
- Add sprinkles and salt to taste, mixing well.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then shape it into clusters or bars.
- Allow to set before serving.
