Description
A fun and easy way to enjoy cheeseburger flavors in bite-sized form, perfect for game days, parties, or quick dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 cans Refrigerated Biscuit Dough (8 biscuits each)
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients. Preheat your oven according to the biscuit dough instructions.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned. Drain excess fat, then add 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Stir well and remove from heat.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the cooked beef and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese in the center. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the sealed bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to biscuit dough instructions or until golden brown.
- Mix melted butter, ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder in a bowl. Brush this mixture over the hot cheeseburger bombs right after they come out of the oven.
Notes
Seal the biscuits tightly to avoid any filling leaks. You can add your favorite burger toppings inside the biscuits.
