Instructions
- Warm the water until hot but not boiling.
- Whisk in the gelatin slowly until it dissolves smoothly.
- Stir in lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and honey if desired.
- Drink it warm or pour it into a small dish and let it set in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.

Notes
Use whatever juice you have on hand; this dish is flexible! Prepare two batches at once for the week ahead. Let the kids stir in the sweetener to involve them in the cooking process.
