Instructions

- Add the Greek yogurt and honey, then mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough with your hands until smooth for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel shape.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops lightly with milk or yogurt.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
