Description

Festive and fun mini cheesecakes perfect for the holiday season, featuring a playful green design and delicious taste.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Green food coloring
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Red candies (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a muffin tin with mini cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping and add green food coloring until the desired shade is achieved.
  4. In each muffin liner, place a layer of graham cracker crumbs followed by the green cheesecake mixture.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Before serving, decorate each mini cheesecake with red candies to resemble the Grinch’s heart.

Notes

For a crunchier texture, adjust the amount of graham cracker crumbs or layer crushed cookies underneath. These can also be made without baking by chilling the mixture.
