- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Green food coloring
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Red candies (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a muffin tin with mini cupcake liners.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping and add green food coloring until the desired shade is achieved.
- In each muffin liner, place a layer of graham cracker crumbs followed by the green cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, decorate each mini cheesecake with red candies to resemble the Grinch’s heart.
Notes
For a crunchier texture, adjust the amount of graham cracker crumbs or layer crushed cookies underneath. These can also be made without baking by chilling the mixture.
