Description
This creamy ground beef and bowtie pasta recipe is the perfect one-pot meal for busy weeknights. Made with pantry staples, it’s comforting, cheesy, and full of bold flavor.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 cups bowtie pasta (uncooked)
1/2 small onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes or chopped spinach
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add onions and garlic. Sauté until soft.
3. Stir in tomato paste and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Add beef broth and bowtie pasta. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 12 minutes until pasta is tender.
6. Stir in cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer 2–3 minutes until thick and creamy.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with red pepper flakes or spinach if using.
8. Serve hot with garlic bread or salad.
Notes
To make it spicier, add 1 tsp red chili flakes.
You can substitute ground beef with turkey or sausage.
This dish keeps well in the fridge for up to 4 days.
