Description

Quick and delightful no-bake treats combining natural peanut butter, fresh strawberries, and dark chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup crushed strawberries
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until well mixed.
  2. Stir until smooth and slightly glossy.
  3. Fold in the crushed strawberries.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  5. Line a muffin tin with liners and pour a little of the chocolate mixture into the bottom of each liner.
  6. Add a spoonful of the peanut butter and strawberry mixture on top of the chocolate.
  7. Top with more melted chocolate to cover.
  8. Freeze for about 30 minutes or until set.
  9. Enjoy as a refreshing treat from the fridge or freezer!

Notes

These cups can be made with either fresh or frozen strawberries and can be adjusted for nut-free households using sunflower seed butter.
