Quick and delightful no-bake treats combining natural peanut butter, fresh strawberries, and dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup crushed strawberries
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free if needed)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
Instructions
- Combine the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until well mixed.
- Stir until smooth and slightly glossy.
- Fold in the crushed strawberries.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Line a muffin tin with liners and pour a little of the chocolate mixture into the bottom of each liner.
- Add a spoonful of the peanut butter and strawberry mixture on top of the chocolate.
- Top with more melted chocolate to cover.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes or until set.
- Enjoy as a refreshing treat from the fridge or freezer!
Notes
These cups can be made with either fresh or frozen strawberries and can be adjusted for nut-free households using sunflower seed butter.
