Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the sweet potatoes. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add the grated sweet potatoes to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and any additional spices.
  5. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on one side until crispy, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes
