Instructions
- Peel and grate the sweet potatoes. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the grated sweet potatoes to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and any additional spices.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes on one side until crispy, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
