Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add melted butter and milk to the flour mixture and stir until combined.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead gently. Roll it out into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into strips or desired shapes.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dip. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days or refrigerate for up to a week.
