A simple, no-fuss recipe for colorful homemade freeze pops using just frozen fruit, a splash of liquid, and a touch of sweetener.

- 2 cups frozen fruit, thawed
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave
- Mint leaves (for kiwi pineapple flavor)
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 2 cups frozen peach
- 1 cup frozen kiwi
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen dragonfruit
- 1 cup frozen raspberry
Instructions
- Thaw frozen fruit for 30 minutes at room temperature or for 30 seconds in the microwave.
- Add the thawed fruit to a blender with water, lemon or lime juice, and honey or agave.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle sleeves using a funnel.
- Move to the freezer and freeze until completely solid (about 8 hours or overnight).
Notes
Customize pops with your favorite fruits and adjust sweetness to taste. Store in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn.
