- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a bowl, mix together honey and soy sauce. Pour the mixture over the chicken and stir to coat.
- Add the broccoli florets and cover the skillet. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the broccoli is tender and bright green.
- Serve warm, garnished with sesame seeds.
Notes
Cut the chicken into small, even pieces for quick cooking. For added flavor, marinate the chicken in honey and soy sauce for 30 minutes.
