Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until they are cooked through.
  4. Add the green beans to the skillet and pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and beans.
  5. Stir to coat everything in the sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the green beans are tender.
  6. Serve over cooked rice.
