- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until they are cooked through.
- Add the green beans to the skillet and pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and beans.
- Stir to coat everything in the sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the green beans are tender.
- Serve over cooked rice.
