- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if desired).
- Toss the salmon cubes in the marinade until they are all evenly coated. Let them marinate for about 15–20 minutes.
- Spread the marinated salmon on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
