Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the salmon pieces to the marinade and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove salmon from the marinade, letting the excess drip off.
- Cook the salmon bites in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and caramelized.
- Drizzle the remaining marinade over the salmon in the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Use fresh salmon for the best taste. Adjust sweetness by varying honey amount. Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick if desired.
