Description

Delicious bite-sized salmon pieces marinated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce, ideal for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the salmon pieces to the marinade and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove salmon from the marinade, letting the excess drip off.
  5. Cook the salmon bites in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and caramelized.
  6. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the salmon in the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Use fresh salmon for the best taste. Adjust sweetness by varying honey amount. Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick if desired.
