Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Slice the honey garlic sausage and place it over the sweet potatoes.
