Instructions
- Sift matcha powder into a small bowl to remove clumps.
- Add hot water and whisk briskly in a “W” motion until frothy.
- Stir in honey while warm so it dissolves easily.
- Warm milk in a saucepan or froth until hot and foamy.
- Pour milk over the matcha-honey mix and stir gently.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon or serve iced over ice cubes if preferred.
