Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour in the heavy cream and mix until fully combined.
- Add the flour and salt, stirring until there are no lumps.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, letting it hang over the sides for easy removal.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is dark brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
