Description

Crispy, juicy chicken nuggets made with almond flour and tossed in buffalo sauce, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Buffalo sauce for serving
  • Ranch dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth and a little frothy.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken piece into the egg wash, then coat with the almond flour mixture. Let coated pieces rest for a minute.
  5. Place the coated chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing for dipping.
