- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cauliflower, chopped (optional for thickness)
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce.
- If using, add cauliflower and let it simmer until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
Notes
Feel free to swap out ingredients based on what you have on hand. Adding jalapeños or using cream cheese are great variations.
