Description

Delicious low-carb pecan squares made with almond flour and keto sweetener, perfect for the holidays.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, melted butter, and sweetener until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Stir in the chopped pecans.
  6. Pour the pecan mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled. Best enjoyed with coffee or tea.
