- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup keto-friendly sweetener
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, melted butter, and sweetener until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the pecan mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled. Best enjoyed with coffee or tea.
