- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar until smooth. Add the flour and mix well.
- Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring to mix well after each addition. Incorporate the sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is just set.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth mixture. Do not overmix after adding eggs to prevent cracks.
