Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the stovetop or oven. If using the stovetop, get your skillet ready on medium heat or preheat to 400°F (200°C) if baking.
  4. Cook the chicken on medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side or bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
