- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the stovetop or oven. If using the stovetop, get your skillet ready on medium heat or preheat to 400°F (200°C) if baking.
- Cook the chicken on medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side or bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
