- 12 oz white chocolate or almond bark, for melting

Instructions
- Crumble the Little Debbie Christmas Cakes into a large bowl.
- Add softened cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate or almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
- Dip the chilled truffles into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Place them on a parchment-lined tray and add sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets.
- Let the truffles harden at room temperature or in the refrigerator before serving.
