- 1–2 teaspoons honey, maple syrup, or sugar (to taste)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions

- Sweeten (optional): Stir in honey, syrup, or sugar.
- Fill glass with ice: Add cubes to a tall glass.
- Pour in milk: Fill the glass about three-quarters full.
- Top with matcha: Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the milk and ice.
- Stir and enjoy: Mix gently or leave layered for a pretty presentation.
Notes
Use ceremonial-grade matcha for flavor and vibrant color. Never use boiling water. Whisk in an M motion. Sweeten lightly. Oat milk adds creaminess; vanilla extract adds café-style flair.
