- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Place chicken breasts in the dish in a single layer.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt or mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden.
