Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat completely in the flour mixture.
  5. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
