- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prep the ingredients by dicing all your veggies and chicken.
- Combine the chicken, diced tomatoes, corn, bell peppers, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
- Add the chicken broth, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine.
- Set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Check the chicken for tenderness about 30 minutes before serving.
- Finish by stirring in fresh cilantro before serving.
