Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of diced chicken breast
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 can (15 oz) of diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of corn
  • 1 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients by dicing all your veggies and chicken.
  2. Combine the chicken, diced tomatoes, corn, bell peppers, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
  3. Add the chicken broth, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine.
