- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

- Lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Mix ground beef with salt and pepper and form into small patties.
- Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Combine mayonnaise, mustard, chopped pickles, and onions in a bowl to make the special sauce.
- Assemble the mini burgers with a lettuce leaf, beef patty, cheese, and special sauce.
- Top with the other half of the bun and enjoy!
