A fun and delicious twist on the classic Big Mac, these Mini Cheeseburgers are perfect for family gatherings and busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Lettuce leaves

Instructions
