Description

Ingredients

  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Jalapenos, diced
  • Cream cheese
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Roll the wrapper tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
