- Egg roll wrappers

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Roll the wrapper tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.

Notes
For a milder flavor, remove the seeds from the jalapenos before chopping. Be careful when handling jalapenos; wear gloves to avoid irritation.
