  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and diced tomatoes to the skillet, then stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and mix well.
  6. Stir in the Monterey Jack cheese until melted and evenly distributed.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
