- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Whisk together tahini, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth.
- Drizzle the tahini-honey sauce over the roasted cauliflower.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For additional flavor, use smoked paprika. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
