Description

A delightful dish featuring roasted cauliflower with a creamy tahini-honey sauce, spiced with vibrant Moroccan flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Whisk together tahini, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the tahini-honey sauce over the roasted cauliflower.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For additional flavor, use smoked paprika. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
