- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine oats and chocolate chips in a medium bowl, stirring gently to distribute evenly.
- Add peanut butter and honey; stir until well combined.
- Press with the back of the spoon to integrate the oats. If it seems dry, add a teaspoon of water or more peanut butter.
- Scoop mixture into 12 balls and roll between your hands.
- Store in an airtight container at room temp or chilled. Chill for 20 minutes to set the shape before serving.
Notes
For a nut-free version, substitute with sunflower seed butter. Also, add a tablespoon of ground flaxseed for firmer bites if desired.
