Quick and easy no-bake peanut butter energy bites that are perfect for family snacks, providing comfort and flavor with a delightful chew.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine oats and chocolate chips in a medium bowl, stirring gently to distribute evenly.
  2. Add peanut butter and honey; stir until well combined.
  3. Press with the back of the spoon to integrate the oats. If it seems dry, add a teaspoon of water or more peanut butter.
  4. Scoop mixture into 12 balls and roll between your hands.
  5. Store in an airtight container at room temp or chilled. Chill for 20 minutes to set the shape before serving.

Notes

For a nut-free version, substitute with sunflower seed butter. Also, add a tablespoon of ground flaxseed for firmer bites if desired.
