Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the milk and add the pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
